As part of the 40^th Anniversary of being the March Of Dimes Poster Boy I’ve had the honor of speaking in Alaska and California as well as my home state of Hawaii. Bringing a message of human triumph and disability awareness to children and adults, the presentations focus on hot topics such as bullying, care giving, independent living and building a positive self-image/esteem.

     Each talk is an eye-opening expose of personal stories, academic theories and unique demonstrations that draw on those 40 years of work experience and a Master’s Degree in Education. By identifying with life’s difficulties in ways that are both serious and funny at times, audiences are left reflecting on their own self-image, their social values and asking rhetorically stimulating questions.
